Welcome documents
In this section, you will find all electronic copies of the consent forms that are included in our Welcome Packs.
These forms are an essential part of our provision and we would appreciate that these forms are completed from your Welcome Packs and many handed in at our meeting in June.
However, we also understand that you may not be able to complete some of these at such an early stage. If this is the case, we would ask that these are handed in to your child's class teacher on the first day of starting school in September.
As part of your Welcome Pack, you will find a Contents Page to ensure that all parents are aware of the information that is being shared.
Rykneld Primary offers a daily Breakfast Club from 7.30am each day.
Leaving school at the end of the day can be a busy time. School staff need to be aware of your arrangements for collecting your child and which adults will be responsible for this collection.
Data collection information is an essential form which provides the school with a wealth of important information.
Our children do have access to the internet during their school hours and safeguarding is a key aspect of our provision. This is another consent form which would need completing.
Photograph, Twitter and Local walks consent form.
The school enjoys the support of a wellbeing dog - Herbie. We are aware that not everyone feels comfortable around dogs for many reasons. Please see the attached letter and consent form.
Helping the school learn about your child is an integral part of children starting in September. This document allows you to share many crucial features that you believe are important to share with your child's class teacher.
